Some other shipping companies that I have contacted tell me that I cannot pack my own goods – is this right? No. You alone will be signing the customs declaration regarding your goods. Provided you follow our guidelines, you should be OK. The only exception would be that if goods are not packed suitable for our staff to handle them (if you have a part-load); then we reserve the right to repack at your expense. |
