Will I need a permit or planning permission to position the pod? PDF Print E-mail

If you have the pod delivered on your private property, no.  You can keep a container on your property for private use as a temporary store.  Certain by-laws (often associated with conservation areas) can make restrictions.  If you need to load on the road for more than three hours, we can get a permit for you from the Highways Department (you cannot apply for this yourself).  This normally costs around £35.
