You will have a dedicated Move Director who will visit you at a convenient time and discuss your fears and queries about the coming overseas move. We will agree a plan for the time schedule and firm up on costs for the whole service from door-to-door, including any packing and loading requirements.

Preparing the shipment – EwePack export packers and experienced removalists will be deployed to handle the packing up, preparation and loading of the whole home contents as agreed during our pre-move discussions. The men (and some women) only carry out export packing and preparations of home contents, so you can be sure of an excellent job.

Documentation – our staff will help prepare the documentation for Customs – this also acts as your receipt and insurance declaration. Everything will be numbered, marked and recorded for you on the Packing List which is prepared before the goods are removed from your property. Items are then easy to identify by customs or yourself.

Shipping – Your goods, whether a part load or full load, will be shipped by EwePack to its agent overseas to take care of at destination.

Customs Clearance –The EwePack agent network is hand-picked by our directors to meet the demands of our customers – they are flexible, experienced and reliable. Our overseas partner will assist with the paperwork and representations to Customs. Quarantine, etc.

At Destination - Our partners will store the goods if necessary before delivering to your new home abroad. Usually we will place item in the right room upon delivery and unpack any boxes, remove the waste paper and generally set up the furniture in the new home – all of course subject to your prior approval.
