You Pack. You Save. – EwePack knows that the people who care most for the possessions we all have will take the most care in packing them up. We are therefore happy if you pack.

Packing Materials – We can supply you strong, professional standard packing materials for you to use in protecting your goods for shipment. We can deliver these in advance and pick them up when you’re done. You can take your time and sort out as you go.

If you supply your own materials that’s OK, but just remember to get the strong export standard (double thickness) cartons for the job. Use the right tape and mark everything well. For furniture pieces, use the best non-pop, aerated bubble-wrap (we can supply this too).

Documentation – You need to make a list of everything you pack (within reason) in every box. So long as you do this, our staff will help prepare the documentation for Customs when we collect the boxes. Everything should be numbered; marked and recorded for on a Packing List which is prepared before the goods are removed from your property (we can supply this form as well).

Shipping – So long as you have done a good job packing, anyone who has to move your items will respect them. Obviously if something is badly packed, it will not be as well protected, so if you need help with anything in particular, just speak to your Move Director and EwePack can advise costs to do it for you.

Customs Clearance –As you have packed, you’ll have a great idea of what is in every box in the event of a Customs query. You’ll be there at destination with your original documentation to answer any queries. Our overseas partner will assist with the paperwork and represent you to Customs. Quarantine, etc. before releasing the shipment.

At Destination - Our partners will store the goods if necessary before delivering to your new home abroad. We will deliver the cartons and items where you wish after clearance (if this is what you have pre-paid) – or you can arrange to collect from our agent’s warehouse if it suits you more.

The You Pack, You Save Service is favored by students, young couples taking few goods and by those EwePack customers who are hands on – and want to save. If you’re good at packing the Christmas presents, have plenty of time or are generally the kind of person who is happy to put up a fence or a shelf in your home, then you’ll probably, with our help, be good at packing up and loading you home yourself. You’ll save hundreds or thousands of pounds.
